“Zurita, verás no ver”, documental que busca mostrar cómo el poeta, artista y activista por los derechos de las personas, Raúl Zurita, se aferró al arte para sanar las heridas que sufrió durante la dictadura militar ocurrida en Chile durante 1973, prepara su estreno para fines de septiembre en Chile.
La película es dirigida por la cineasta Alejandra Carmona Cannobbio, quien tuvo un interés personal a los 17 años por el escritor porque sentía que era un personaje que poseía la poesía en todo su cuerpo, razón por la que 30 años después quiso conocerlo en profundidad. En sus 75 minutos de duración «Zurita, verás no ver» expone las desesperadas acciones poéticas que realizó el Premio Nacional de Literatura, tanto en su cuerpo, como en el cuerpo de la tierra y del cielo.
En este sentido, Carmona quiso retratar y homenajear al escritor en la película como «un poeta que resistió a la muerte y al horror que vivió en dictadura a través de la poesía”. Su foco principal son las acciones poéticas, además de abordar algunos capítulos de su vida que ayudan a entender cómo la poesía y el arte pueden ser una tabla de salvación ante las injusticias del mundo. Afirmó la directora de “Zurita, verás no ver”
Luego de su paso por festivales como Visions Du Reel, Valdivia, Fidocs, Antofagasta, Femcine, Cinèlatino y Bafici, llegará a los cines nacionales durante el mes de septiembre y a partir del 3 de octubre para ser exhibida a través de salas que formen parte del circuito Miradoc para Santiago y regiones.
