Una pasión en crisis, lo más profundo de la cotidianidad y hasta una dolorosa pérdida serán dramatizadas en un espectacular ciclo de montajes de la Compañía Bendito Teatro, que celebra 10 años de existencia.
El elenco está compuesto por actores y actrices con discapacidad cognitiva, la mayoría con Síndrome de Down, todos jóvenes que audicionan bajo la dirección de Carolina Carrasco.
Las funciones parten el jueves 10 de octubre con “El Peregrino”, obra que se extiende hasta el día 13 y que cuenta la historia de dos hermanos que tras la muerte de su madre se ven enfrentados a una nuevo y difícil realidad, haciendo un llamado a la reflexión del Chile del último tiempo.
La semana que sigue será el turno de “Los Andes” (jueves 17 a domingo 20), una historia de amor entre un joven Síndrome de Down y una mujer sin discapacidad, que envuelve a los espectadores en un viaje por una relación en crisis, donde los sentimientos están a flor de piel, develando, además, la fragilidad de las relaciones humanas.
El broche de oro será “Unsale” (jueves 24 a domingo 27), montaje en el que varios actores develan su alma a través de textos creados por ellos, hablando del matrimonio, el trabajo, la muerte, la discriminación y la sexualidad.
Acerca del hito que celebrará Bendito Teatro, su directora, Carolina Carrasco, afirma que “nos movemos bajo la convicción de que la diferencia es una oportunidad. Por ello sentimos que estos actores y actrices ofrecen un gran aporte a la comunidad y la cultura con su lenguaje único y particular con el que cuentan sus propias experiencias en esta sociedad».
Las funciones se realizarán en el Teatro iF, ubicado en Avenida Francisco Bilbao #465 de jueves a sábado a las 20:30 horas y los domingos a las 19:30 horas. Las entradas están disponibles a través de Eventrid.
